What you'll do

• Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and platform knowledge to partner customers.
• Champion product enhancements by representing complex partner needs.
• Lead escalated, high-visibility support engagements for timely resolution.
• Oversee complex technical implementations including advanced configuration and integrations.
• Guide handoff from implementation to steady-state support to ensure smooth transition.
• Create and share advanced best practices, playbooks, and lessons learned across partner accounts.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Strong expertise diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% regional travel; some international travel may be necessary.
