Senior Implementation Engineer

Overview

Senior Implementation Engineer is a customer-facing, billable role providing specialized expertise around NICE products for the contact center industry and related ecosystem topics.

What you'll do

• Engage customers in a consultative capacity and provide specialized expertise.
• Configure NICE products based on best practices and customer requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction during engagements.
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities within NICE.
• Track time and status within NICE systems.
• Provide senior-level technical configuration and programming when required.
• Serve as an organizational leader by mentoring and coaching junior staff.

What you'll need

• BS/BA in a technical or business field (e.g., CS/IS/EE or Marketing/MIS) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements.
• Provide process, data, and object modeling in application and database environments.
• Have experience with database design, development, enhancement, and coordinating changes to existing applications.
• Lead technical architecture activities covering analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
• Maintain senior-level expertise and currency in contact center technologies.
• Be able to serve in a project manager capacity for end-to-end system life cycle development.
