Implementation Engineer, Customer Support

Overview

Implementation Engineer for Customer Support at Bitwarden, working as a product and technical subject matter expert for server and cloud deployments.

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden’s product portfolio.
• Run proof-of-concept trials for customers, new deployments, and integrations of Bitwarden containerized services.
• Advise customers on Bitwarden best practices across the full stack.
• Help enterprise customers troubleshoot issues and plan for future solutions.
• Support implementation, security guidance, and integration with customers’ technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product on customer and implementation needs.
• Present live technical product demonstrations and document customer feedback.

What you'll need

• Excellent English and grammar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find and communicate solutions.
• Project planning experience with collaborative and individual time management.
• Experience from a previous technical position such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer (or equivalent skills/education).
• Ability and desire to work remotely.
• Familiarity with multiple listed technologies (preferred) including Docker/Kubernetes/Podman, Linux/Windows/macOS, and SQL.
