Business Intelligence Manager

Overview

Business Intelligence Manager responsible for leading two direct reports and delivering data-driven insights across CRM optimization, reporting, and commercial data governance to improve sales performance.

What you'll do

• Own Power BI reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to support revenue growth and forecasting accuracy.
• Govern commercial data ecosystems to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across CRM, ERP, pricing, customer, product, and opportunity data.
• Drive CRM and commercial systems enhancements, integrations, workflows, user adoption, and standardized commercial processes.
• Translate business requirements into analytics, reporting, and technology solutions with commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Manage the sales incentive compensation program, including planning, performance tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Identify and resolve data, process, and system gaps to improve forecasting reliability and reporting consistency.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management.
• Proven experience supporting sales organizations and revenue performance.
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, data models, SQL, KPI reporting) and CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Demonstrated experience improving pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and data quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills to influence Sales and executive stakeholders.

Details

• Fully remote; eligible to work remotely from home.
• Reports to the Director Commercial Excellence and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team.
• Travel requirement of 10%, including overnight travel.
