Deployment Engineer

Overview

Deployment Engineer leading hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers using AI-augmented workflows to deliver go-live, adoption, and initial value realization support.

What you'll do

• Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured.
• Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards and validate outputs.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions including process analyses, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
• Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently and manage rollout/adoption/handover.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform (data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, automation).
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience writing clear specifications, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and iterating effectively (prompt/context engineering is a plus).
• Fluency in English required.

Details

• Base salary range in New York: $110,000–$150,000 USD.
• Travel to customer locations up to 50% per customer requirements and project phases.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered.
