Overview

Senior Enterprise AI Engineer for IT Operations, building and deploying secure, production-ready AI solutions for internal operations.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions and AI agents/assistants.
• Create automated workflows and integrate SaaS apps, internal systems, and data services.
• Implement security, privacy, and compliance controls for AI solutions.
• Build reusable AI components, templates, and integrations to scale adoption.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and identify AI use cases.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, software engineering, automation, or IT systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and workflows using Workato or Tines.
• Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, or agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls within cloud-based environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to independently deliver technical solutions.
