Managing Advisory Consultant - ServiceNow Integration Solution Architect

Overview

Managing Advisory Consultant responsible for delivering ServiceNow integration solution and strategic advisory services to clients in areas spanning technology, risk, and transformation.

What you'll do

• Provide advisory and consulting aligned to client business objectives and technology strategies.
• Assess client environments, identify risks/opportunities, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Lead engagements to ensure high-quality deliverables, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design and implement client-focused solutions in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Define and govern the enterprise integration landscape across ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Develop executive materials such as presentations, reports, and roadmaps.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years delivering advisory/consulting across ServiceNow or business environments, or 9+ years (alternative).
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, workflow integration, security, and source systems.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, maintainable ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise environments.
• Solution consulting skills to advise on integration options, risks, dependencies, and long-term scalability.
• ServiceNow architect-level credentials and significant integration architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.

Details

• Work mode: Remote (USA).
• Pay range: $132,000.00 - $193,200.00 annually, depending on experience and skills.
• Location: Remote – USA.
