Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Operations Data & Digital Solutions Analyst (Remote)

Overview

Remote data & digital solutions analyst focused on engineering and business outcomes through analytics, automation, and digital tooling.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions to improve engineering and business outcomes.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making.
• Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions to complex problems.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities.
• Establish and improve data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics.
• Build and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate and custom apps with Power Apps.

What you'll need

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint.
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization.
• Experience using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Details

• Position is remote; employees work primarily offsite from home, with possible travel to site as needed.
• Travel requirement: up to 10%.
• U.S. citizenship required and a DoD Secret security clearance must be active/existing after day 1.
• Work location range: any RTX office within the continental United States; role requires residence and work from one of the 50 U.S. states.
