Overview

Entry-level Associate Consultant for Corporate Legal Solutions, bridging business needs and technology to improve legal and compliance workflows.

What you'll do

• Conduct interviews, research, and process observations to identify automation opportunities.
• Create process maps, requirements documents, and solution designs for optimized workflows.
• Develop and test automated workflows using no-code or low-code platforms.
• Troubleshoot and alter workflows based on changing user requirements.
• Provide first-line support to business and legal users of CLM platforms and legal AI tools.
• Maintain project ownership by monitoring timelines, scope, and budget.

What you'll need

• Four-year undergraduate degree in business, finance, legal studies, MIS, computer science, or similar.
• At least three years of experience in consulting, legal operations, or process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills around processes and systems.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Experience creating process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart.
