Business Analytics Engineer

Overview

Business Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data, analytics, reporting, and geospatial solutions for real estate portfolio and workplace decision-making.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and geospatial solutions for portfolio performance and operational metrics.
• Transform, validate, and manage data from multiple sources for portfolio intelligence and forecasting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions.
• Generate insights and visualizations to support portfolio planning, occupancy analysis, and location intelligence.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Develop dashboarding and reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, transformation processes, and data models.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, reporting, data engineering, or related fields.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for business stakeholders.
• Experience using business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines within modern cloud analytics platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts.

• Compensation for the position is $106,250.00 - $125,000.00.
