Data Scientist 4- Interactive Discovery

Overview

Data Scientist (Messaging) to build experimentation and analytics systems that determine who receives which message, when, and through which channel.

What you'll do

• Design and run rigorous A/B tests for messaging strategy across channel, timing, content, and targeting.
• Apply causal inference methods when clean experiments aren’t feasible.
• Define and evolve messaging experimentation standards and measurement frameworks.
• Own code, data pipelines, and dataset enrichment supporting your analyses.
• Automate recurring analysis tasks like test reads, experiment dashboards, and health checks.
• Translate ambiguous business asks into well-scoped data science projects and recommendations.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in experimentation and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments with causal inference and measurement beyond A/B tests.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including building dashboards and automations.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end in ambiguous situations.
