Associate VP, State Markets Operations and Strategy

Overview

Associate VP for centralized state market operations and strategy, overseeing state information workflows and tools used across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance, optimization, and potential expansion of state dashboard tools for state-specific assessment and instructional requirements.
• Ensure state data is accessible, accurate, and actionable for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze evolving trends in state-level data and assess impacts on business operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, display, and utilize state-level data in company tools and processes.
• Produce and deliver tailored resources, recurring reports, and interactive dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support the VP, Policy and Engagement with cross-GR team management and lead special cross-functional projects as assigned.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of equivalent experience in management of cross-functional edtech/digital and/or assessment programs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep knowledge of the state assessment and instructional materials market, K-12 education landscape, edtech market, and curriculum/assessment trends.
• Expertise using and developing Smartsheet and similar project management tools (e.g., Sharepoint).
• Proficient with Programs and Applications such as Salesforce.com and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable next steps for cross-functional audiences.

• Work mode: US Remote.
• Travel: up to 30% may be required, subject to business need.
