Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Salesforce Administrator responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce, and for continuously improving the platform.

What you'll do

• Handle Salesforce administrative tasks including user maintenance, reports and dashboards, and Flows.
• Manage lead and opportunity pipeline, case/service requests, and bug/feature requests.
• Perform testing and QA in a sandbox environment.
• Support training for new users and help grow Salesforce.com skills across the organization.
• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and coordinate conversions, consolidations, and integrations (e.g., Pardot, ServiceNow).
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs by managing cases and documenting solutions in the ticketing system.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Strong Salesforce administration knowledge including app building, user provisioning, data management, and user security (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
• Ability to configure custom apps, objects, formula fields, and Flows.
• Strong project management and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize requests.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.

• Base pay range: $50,461.00 - $114,114.48 per year.
