Overview

Salesforce Administrator for FireMon’s Revenue Operations team, owning day-to-day Salesforce user management and keeping CRM integrations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day Salesforce user management.
• Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage.
• Keep CRM integrations running smoothly.
• Work closely with the GTM org across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS.
• Use AI tools (including Claude) to speed up documentation and reporting.
• Turn business needs into clean, scalable Salesforce systems.

What you'll need

• Be based in the Central or Eastern time zone.
• Be comfortable working with AI tools like Claude.
• Manage Salesforce workflows and user management on a day-to-day basis.
• Enable timely documentation and reporting using AI.
• Communicate clearly to translate business needs into systems.
