Overview
Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day Salesforce admin ticket queue and backlog, delivering fast declarative fixes for GTM stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce administrative tickets end to end, from scoping and prioritization to resolution.
- Serve as dedicated Salesforce point of contact for top-of-funnel workstreams (campaign infrastructure and lead/contact routing).
- Build and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions using Flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
- Provide fast day-to-day Salesforce support to end users across the GTM org.
- Use AI-assisted tooling to speed up requirements gathering and solution design, and keep documentation current.
- Escalate requests needing custom development, platform security changes, or integration work.
- Monitor and report backlog health (volume, aging, throughput) and flag capacity risk.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a production, multi-user org.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Strong declarative configuration skills including Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
- Experience handling a high-volume ticket queue with prioritization, resolution, and communication to non-technical requesters.
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing Operations stakeholders in Salesforce (campaign infrastructure, routing, lead/contact management).
- Ability to scope and estimate work and communicate realistic timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ from an end-user or configuration perspective.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development or documentation tools.
- Experience building or using internal automation/AI tooling to speed up support workflows.
Details
- Base salary range: $107,100–$154,000 USD.
- Expected to use AI as a core part of the work.
