Salesforce Specialist

Overview

Salesforce Specialist for the Sales and Service Enablement team, partnering with sales and service leaders to deliver Salesforce-based reporting, dashboard updates, and efficiency improvements.

What you'll do

• Partner with leaders and trainers to ensure Salesforce training and associates’ understanding.
• Provide guidance on necessary skills and technology, including monitoring, mentoring, coaching, and feedback.
• Help solve complex problems and advise functional areas with proposed solutions and best practices.
• Work on solutions in the Salesforce platform for Sales and Regional Sales/Relationship Management (RM) teams.
• Compile, execute, and distribute weekly and monthly sales/RM reports and respond to ad hoc report requests.
• Ensure reports track Divisional Vice-Presidents and Relationship Manager activity from inception to closure.
• Manage projects and support leadership in identifying sales and service team needs.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
• Business, Marketing, or Communications degree (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and proven presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Advanced Excel required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com; Dataloader is a plus.
