Apprentice Hiring for 2026

Overview

12-month apprenticeship (2026–2027) in Enterprise and Treasury Risk Management (ETRM) in Mumbai, focused on portfolio risk reporting and cross-risk monitoring.

What you'll do

• Produce Portfolio Risk Reports with timely delivery and maximum data quality standards.
• Support identification and monitoring of portfolio hotspots, emerging risks, and risk appetite breaches.
• Interact with risk teams and portfolio owners to track risk topics and execute portfolio steering actions.
• Ensure controls for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to key operating procedures.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and stakeholder investigation requests.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of risk management fundamentals.
• Understanding of credit analysis and products across Corporate/Investment/Retail banking.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort working with large sets of data and using Gen AI.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholders.
• Motivation for self-development and growth in a dynamic, international environment.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical judgment for ethical use of data and AI outputs.
