Overview

Supervisor 1 in Financial Due Diligence, supporting mergers and acquisitions work with analysis, meeting coordination, and report accuracy checks for U.S.-based engagement teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial reports by prioritizing gathered data into Excel workbook analyses for U.S. engagement team reviews.
• Prepare and update document request lists and management meeting agendas.
• Participate in management meetings with the target company and discussions with the client.
• Assist in preparing Quality of Earnings adjustments and Net Working Capital analyses, including identification of debt-like items and points of interest.
• Review and tie out final client reports to ensure accuracy of reported numbers.
• Coordinate daily with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. via conference calls.

What you'll need

• Approximately 5-8 years of related financial due diligence experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• 4-6 years of experience (minimum qualification).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA/CPA/MBA finance.
• Proficient knowledge of advanced Excel and data analytics tools like Alteryx.
• Superior verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.
