UKG Support Analyst - Accruals

Overview

UKG Support Analyst – Accruals provides business-as-usual support and configures calculated accruals in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain PTO accrual rules and related settings in UKG Pro WFM.
• Build new configurations for calculated accrual policies.
• Manage and resolve BAU support tickets within defined SLAs, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Document configuration changes and maintain records in a tracking system.
• Collaborate with other UKG Support Analysts to review and process PTO/accrual configurations and enhancements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM support focused on the Calculated Accruals module.
• Experience building new configurations and managing ongoing support independently.
• Understanding of workforce management principles, timekeeping, and accruals.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve configuration issues efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and complete configuration independently.
