Security Engineer

Overview

Security Engineer (earlier-career) supporting engineers across Identity & Access Management (IAM), AI, and Cloud, contributing to protecting cloud, AI, and identity systems.

What you'll do

• Operate and sustain technology platforms across cloud, IAM, and AI.
• Implement and maintain access controls, identity policies, and authentication/authorization systems.
• Help harden and monitor cloud infrastructure alongside senior cloud architects.
• Support securing AI/ML pipelines and agentic workflows as they scale.
• Troubleshoot, automate, and maintain systems using IT administration or software engineering skills.
• Document processes by contributing to runbooks, playbooks, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Learn and apply security best practices under the guidance of senior engineers.

What you'll need

• A strong IT administration skills and/or software development background.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of IAM, AI/ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of security is a plus.
• Comfort with scripting, automation, and troubleshooting mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for cross-team support and collaboration.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• A team-first mindset focused on learning and helping teammates succeed.
