Specialist 3 – IAM Engineer, FS - Cyber Risk and Regulations, Advisory

Overview

Specialist 3 IAM Engineer role focused on leading end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring reliable and secure identity services across workforce and non-human identities.

What you'll do

• Own and run end-to-end IAM operations to deliver secure, scalable identity services.
• Lead IAM service delivery, automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day IAM operations across the identity lifecycle (joiner-mover-leaver) and access fulfillment workflows.
• Run ITSM-aligned operations including incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management with escalation and on-call readiness.
• Oversee IAM platform operational stability and administration (e.g., SSO/MFA, directories, IGA, ITSM workflows, HR source-of-truth, APIs/connectors).
• Lead audit and compliance execution for access controls, including evidence collection and recertification support.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and telemetry for IAM services and integrations, partnering with SecOps as needed.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations, with 5+ years leading teams and service delivery.
• Experience operating IAM services at enterprise scale.
• Strong ITSM operational management experience (incident/problem/change/request) with SLAs/SLOs and service health reporting.
• Experience delivering automation and self-service using workflows, APIs, and orchestration.
• Audit and compliance experience related to access controls (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).
• Experience managing third-party SI/managed services with measurable outcomes.
• Support for Global Organisation (10,000 users +) and ability to coordinate with HR, IT Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.
