Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer

Overview

Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer responsible for building Nightfall AI’s revenue operations and go-to-market engineering function from scratch, including CRM, forecasting, automation workflows, and data infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Own pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and reporting.
• Partner with the CRO/CEO on GTM planning and headcount modeling.
• Architect the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution) and ship automations with AI tools.
• Own GTM data quality and reporting metrics (win/loss, conversion, ramp, cohort, pipeline coverage).
• Design scalable GTM processes (routing, handoffs, renewals, expansion triggers) and document them for the revenue team.
• Align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on systems and data definitions.

What you'll need

• 6+ years experience across revenue operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Hands-on builder skills using Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and AI/LLM tools to ship GTM automations.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM role.
• Strong analytical foundation in bottoms-up revenue models, quota frameworks, and pipeline forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
