Overview
Technical Services Consultant helping customers design and deploy integrations, migrations, and automated workflows using the Wrike platform and integration technologies.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to diagnose customer challenges and design solutions driving measurable ROI.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements, data sources, migration scope, volume expectations, and risks.
- Design structured solution documentation including integration architecture diagrams, data mapping, field transformation specs, and migration runbooks.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS platforms.
- Build automated workflows with retries, error handling, deduplication, and rate limit handling.
- Develop and execute migration test plans and manage cutover and rollback plans, including risk management.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience delivering complex SaaS implementations with enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrations.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON data structures, and authentication methods including OAuth2 and SAML.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating relational data.
- Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for transformation and automation.
