Salesforce Solution Architect, Commerce (B2B)

Overview

The B2B Commerce Solution Architect will design and oversee scalable Salesforce Revenue Management solutions for client implementations, including reusable assets for multiple clients.

What you'll do

• Lead business process discovery sessions and define Salesforce solutions.
• Own solution architecture across Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Define data models, integrations, system architecture, and solution designs.
• Provide architectural oversight across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live work.
• Guide UX strategy, technical design reviews, development teams, and deployment governance.
• Identify technical risks and support optimization and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and internal events.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of Salesforce experience.
• At least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce across Salesforce clouds.
• Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features, Extensions, APIs, and Connect APIs.
• Foundational experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms.
• Experience with test-driven development and Salesforce deployments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
• Familiarity with Apex, Omniscript, Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
