Salesforce Solution Architect focused on Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect to lead technical and functional architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead solutioning and drive technical and functional architecture for scalable Salesforce deployments.
• Conduct pre-sales/engagement architecture activities including solution design discussions and feasibility validation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions and architectural recommendations.
• Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information needed to support client projects.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, libraries, and development standards.
• Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architecture.
• Oversee development/configuration to ensure quality delivery.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2+ years architecting within Salesforce.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications including Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications.
• Pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
