Senior Manager, User Experience

Overview

Senior Manager, User Experience (UX) to lead and scale UX design grounded in customer research and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers.
• Ensure design decisions trace back to customer insight, usability findings, or behavioral data.
• Partner with Customer Research to translate findings into actionable UX direction.
• Own UX best practices and standards across accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
• Represent UX work and rationale to executive-level stakeholders using business terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to align design solutions with strategy.
• Build a repeatable framework to prioritize UX initiatives by customer impact and business value.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of UX leadership experience.
• 2+ years directly managing designers.
• Experience designing DTC e-commerce experiences with ownership of conversion outcomes.
• Track record using qualitative and quantitative customer research to drive design decisions.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end ownership including measurable outcomes.
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent communication skills for design critique and executive framing.

Details

• Remote role open to people living in or relocating to specified U.S. states.
• Travel to headquarters in Melville, NY for internal meetings 6 times per year.
