AI Business Architect for Sales Operations, leading the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization.

What you'll do

• Define and execute an AI strategy and roadmap for Sales Operations.
• Redesign sales processes to remove manual work and inefficiencies.
• Architect AI-powered solutions across CRM, sales, revenue, data, and enterprise platforms.
• Design AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent workflows integrated with existing systems.
• Partner on APIs, data pipelines, integrations, security, scalability, and technical architecture.
• Drive adoption of AI into everyday Sales Operations workflows and provide enablement.

What you'll need

• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business transformation, strategy & operations, business architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations and CRM/GTM systems including pipeline and forecasting.
• Experience designing and implementing business transformation and operating models.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and proprietary business data.
• Strong systems-thinking across data flows, integrations, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
