About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance end-to-end web applications in a Full-time role with a Hybrid work arrangement. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable features, improve system performance, and maintain high-quality standards across the stack. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys owning solutions from architecture through implementation—bridging frontend experiences with backend APIs and data workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js for responsive, user-focused interfaces.
• Build secure, scalable backend services with Node.js, including RESTful APIs and integration points.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries and data models using MsSql.
• Implement and maintain backend logic and service components using Java as part of a reliable multi-tier architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features iteratively.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to ensure consistent engineering quality.
• Monitor application performance, address production issues, and contribute to system resiliency and improvements.
• Document technical decisions and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Node.js and server-side development, including API design and security best practices.
• Proven experience with React.js, including component architecture, state management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on knowledge of MsSql for query optimization, indexing strategies, and data integrity.
• Experience building and maintaining services with Java, including integration with other backend components.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication/authorization, caching, and responsive UI patterns).
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor peers, and contribute to scalable software design.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications with attention to quality, uptime, and maintainability.
