Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

Join Arcadis as a Senior Full Stack Developer within the Intelligence division’s Development teams and growing product team. The role focuses on designing and developing complex technology solutions and leading technical delivery.

What you'll do

• Work closely with product managers to align on product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Create detailed functional design documents, user stories, and technical specifications for feature development.
• Engage in collaborative work with project managers, technical architects, solution architects, and the development team.
• Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the optimal technical solution is delivered on time.
• Research and analyze business domains or problems.
• Gather functional requirements and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance user experience and meet project goals.
• Support testing activities, including integration tests.
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive and clear, covering technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
• Lead, hire, and mentor Junior Developers independently.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with programming experience, or a degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years experience with .NET and Java, C#, ASP.NET, and web development covering HTML, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, React, CSS/SCSS, and Web debugging DevTools.
• Hands-on experience with frontend MVC framework, AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, MS SQL, and Oracle in a production environment.
• Professional experience with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Professional, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Public Cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Angular, Ionic, PWAs, and Reporting tools.
• Comfort working in a dynamic team environment and flexibility to work across time zones.
• Proven experience working with Offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated, self-starter.
• Experience in Agile Product Development and SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.
