Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead

Overview

Lead the design, development and delivery of large-scale cloud-native applications, combining hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture and team mentoring with a strong backend engineering focus.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Architect and implement microservices, event-driven solutions and enterprise-grade APIs.
• Build and optimize solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Kafka, MongoDB and Redis.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Drive platform reliability, security, performance optimization and observability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support frontend development using ReactJS and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Champion CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerization and cloud-native best practices.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js and ReactJS.
• Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, API Security, Authentication and Authorization.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps Practices and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience building high-scale, cloud-native platforms in production environments.
• Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, performance tuning and system observability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and mentoring skills.
