Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Overview

Build and evolve Litmos's learning platform across .NET services, APIs, React front-end systems, and SQL Server-based systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Own delivery from design through deployment within a distributed Agile team.

What you'll do

• Evaluate the platform and identify service decomposition and modularization opportunities.
• Design and implement microservices, APIs, and front-end components.
• Establish reusable templates, SDKs, and service patterns.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to support design, implementation, documentation, and code review.
• Partner with Product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and failure handling.
• Own delivery through deployment, including Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Experience working in Azure environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to work in Agile teams using Scrum and/or ShapeUp.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Salary: ₹22,00,000–₹28,00,000 yearly, plus 10% bonus.
