Overview
Senior Implementation Consultant to support and execute customer implementation activities for Amtech’s ERP and industry-specific solutions.
What you'll do
- Support and execute customer implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution configuration, documentation, testing, and end-user training.
- Partner with customers to analyze and interpret business requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Deliver knowledge transfer on ERP and industry topics to support customer adoption.
- Develop and maintain standardized training materials and implementation documentation.
- Assist with customer-facing presentations and proposals for implementation delivery and presales.
- Identify delivery risks and client issues, escalate appropriately, and collaborate to resolve them.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing presentations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in the corrugated or folding carton industry.
- Advanced familiarity with Amtech’s solution capabilities and functionality.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems.
Details
- Location: India.
- Travel: up to 50% to support customer implementations, training, and onsite project needs.
