Business Systems Analyst – Sales Planning & Incentive Systems

Overview

Business Systems Analyst focused on Sales Planning and incentive compensation systems, driving optimization and operational excellence for platforms supporting Sales Planning and Incentive Compensation Management.

What you'll do

• Serve as Technical Product Owner for Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Designer model.
• Oversee ELT data integration supporting ICM and Sales Planning.
• Own end-to-end system capabilities for compensation plan configuration, calculation/payout logic, and sales planning processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Design and optimize data transformation and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop reporting and analytics for Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and support testing/releases and production support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting Varicent Incentive Compensation Management and/or Sales Planning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Varicent Designer, ELT, Presenter Reports, and Sales Planning modules.
• Experience with data transformation and ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.
