Senior IT Systems Engineer (L3 Support)

Overview

Senior IT Systems Engineer providing L3 internal support and final escalation for complex technical issues. The role focuses on identity solutions, infrastructure stability, endpoint management, automation, and IT service workflows.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex escalations from L1 and L2 engineers.
• Architect and manage enterprise SSO and identity-provider solutions.
• Administer Google Workspace, security configurations, and audit logging.
• Manage Atlassian and Jira Service Management workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email-security protocols.
• Automate user lifecycle management with SCIM and JIT provisioning.
• Manage Mac and Windows endpoints, storage infrastructure, and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in SSO, IDP solutions, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with SCIM, JIT provisioning, identity migrations, and enterprise MDM deployments.
• Advanced Google Workspace Administration and Atlassian platform expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, iSCSI, NFS, SFTP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Advanced Mac OS and Windows troubleshooting and scripting skills.
