Senior Lead Analytics Consultant

Overview

Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to lead BOS’s AI-first Front Line Monitoring transformation and enterprise adoption of agentic AI and LLM-enabled architectures.

What you'll do

• Own strategy, architecture, and execution of modernization initiatives.
• Lead platform transformation efforts including qualification management and SAS-to-Python migration.
• Drive GCP adoption, workflow automation, and AI-powered monitoring solutions.
• Define enterprise standards for agentic AI, AI engineering, governance, and analytics architecture.
• Advise senior leadership on analytical strategies for complex business and technical needs.
• Ensure compliance and legal adherence on managed projects.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of analytics, reporting, financial modeling, or statistics experience (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, risk analytics, or enterprise transformation with leadership of modernization initiatives.
• Expert-level Python expertise for AI development, analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and scalable monitoring platforms.
• Deep experience with agentic AI, LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP-enabled architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks.
• Experience architecting and scaling enterprise AI platforms and multi-agent solutions for AI-powered monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data architecture, and large-scale data environments.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
• Must be willing to work mid-shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM), Mon-Fri, weekend off.
