Data Scientist

Overview

Data Scientist role focused on building and deploying ML and language-model solutions, including GenAI techniques for NLP and conversational/document understanding.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using state-of-the-art language-model approaches.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
• Collect and preprocess data, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Build statistical, supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models to derive trends, correlations, and insights.
• Develop and optimize GenAI solutions using techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, RAFT, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Mine and analyze data with statistical methods to identify product and customer insights.
• Translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or GenAI specialist.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in generative AI solution development.
• Proven experience with GenAI technologies including open-source and closed-source LLMs.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and multiple NLP libraries/tools.
• Expertise in building and fine-tuning language models such as BERT, ELMo, and XLNet for NLP tasks.
• Experience with vector databases including Pinecone and Qdrant.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, and AutoGen.
