Senior Data Scientist (Agentic)

Overview

Senior Data Scientist (Agentic) to build enterprise intelligent automations, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM & NLP, and Core ML/Deep Learning solutions for CPG use cases.

What you'll do

• Lead design and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM & NLP solutions for unstructured text and images and structured data.
• Architect Agentic AI and RAG workflows with optimized ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector indexing.
• Design and maintain business semantics using ontologies, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
• Perform hypothesis-driven experimentation with robust evaluation strategies and error taxonomies with human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Jr. Data Scientists, interns, and contractors through solution reviews.
• Champion Responsible AI by ensuring privacy, security, and governance compliance and reducing model errors and bias.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/Statistics/Applied Mathematics/Operations research/Industrial engineering.
• Experience leading design and implementation of complex data science solutions, especially LLM, NLP, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Proficiency in LLM and NLP solution development including problem framing, data curation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Expertise with supervised ML algorithms including regression, decision trees, ensemble models, time series, forecasting, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of MLOps, containerization, data lineage, and visualization, plus proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Python.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Operations Research.
