Overview

Vice President - Lead AI/ML engineer role focused on designing and building advanced AI solutions using machine learning and Large Language Models.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end LLM solutions with an emphasis on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Apply agentic AI fundamentals to build autonomous systems for complex business problems.
• Use machine learning techniques such as predictive modeling (e.g., Gradient Boosting, XGBoost) and unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering).
• Lead prompt engineering and create testing frameworks for performance, accuracy, and safety of LLM applications.
• Source, clean, and prepare data for traditional modeling and advanced LLM applications.
• Translate AI/ML concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in an AI, ML, or data science role.
• Strong foundation in classical machine learning algorithms and practical applications.
• Deep understanding of LLMs with hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering plus LLM evaluation and testing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its core AI/ML libraries.
• Expertise in retrieving and manipulating large datasets using SQL.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
