Lead Data Scientist

Overview

Lead Data Scientist role focused on end-to-end delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for data & analytics operations, partnering with operations and technology teams.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from design through development and delivery.
• Define and refine data management and analytics frameworks across acquisition, transformation, quality, and workflow automation.
• Design user experiences for financial analytics pipelines by integrating tools, datasets, and services into cohesive workflows.
• Own and drive large AI projects by removing obstacles and taking responsibility for creative solutions.
• Build and optimize production-grade AI models, including deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, designs, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead scalable deployment on AWS/Azure and support monitoring/observability and full model lifecycle management.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in data science/AI with ownership of complex initiatives.
• End-to-end ownership of AI/ML lifecycle, including problem definition, design, experimentation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, production deployment, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Solid foundation in statistics, data engineering, and large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern data ecosystems.
• Skills in AI agents, human-in-the-loop systems, and synthetic data techniques.
