What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and industrial performance intelligence.
- Build agentic workflows that can reason, adapt, and take actions in dynamic environments.
- Handle complex, high-dimensional time-series sensor data from IoT, SCADA, and DCS systems.
- Integrate first-principles models with data-driven ML to ensure physical consistency.
- Lead feature engineering strategy for high-frequency telemetry, including transient state detection and steady-state identification.
- Deploy low-latency inference pipelines that fit edge-computing constraints.
- Drive model interpretability, scalability, and accuracy for robust real-world production performance.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, or power sectors.
- Strong background with time-series and sensor data from industrial or IoT systems.
- Hands-on Python experience plus TensorFlow/PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or Applied Physics with heavy emphasis on computational modeling.
