Data Scientist (Computer Vision)

Overview

Data Scientist role focused on AI and Computer Vision, covering design, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of ML/deep learning solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions for computer vision applications.
• Build and fine-tune deep learning models for image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.
• Process, clean, annotate, and manage large-scale image and video datasets.
• Train, evaluate, and validate ML and deep learning models.
• Monitor model performance and conduct error analysis.
• Deploy and scale AI models in production using cloud and MLOps practices.

What you'll need

• 3-8 years of experience (experience range stated).
• Strong proficiency in Python (required skill).
• Hands-on experience with computer vision and deep learning (required skill).
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras (required skill).
• Experience with OpenCV and image processing techniques (required skill).
• Knowledge of Git and software development best practices (required skill).
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and production deployment (required skill).

Nice to have

• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Multimodal AI.
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs) and NLP concepts.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in healthcare/medical imaging domain-specific AI.
• Research publications or open-source AI contributions.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI ethics.
