Senior Data Scientist

Overview

Senior Data Scientist – Gen AI role focused on building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions, including RAG and NLP/LLM models.

What you'll do

• Design and develop ML, Gen AI, NLP, and LLM models for AI data pipelines.
• Analyze healthcare datasets such as EHR and claims data.
• Build statistical models for patient risk stratification, treatment optimization, and population health.
• Create automated data pipelines for real-time analytics and reporting.
• Work with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT) and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deploy models on cloud environments and create visualizations for stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
• At least 5 years of hands-on LLM experience with pretrained models (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
