Senior Lead Data Scientist

Overview

Senior Lead Data Scientist responsible for end-to-end client AI and analytics programs, combining hands-on modeling work with technical team management and client interaction.

What you'll do

• Develop predictive machine learning models using algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest, Neural Network, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, and clustering/regression methods.
• Design statistical hypothesis testing to support formal decision making.
• Handle end-to-end client AI and analytics program delivery.
• Lead data science roadmap planning and guide data scientists to meet deliverables.
• Define technology/strategy and roadmaps for client accounts and guide project implementation.
• Manage project execution with project reviews/audits and guardrails agreed with stakeholders.
• Manage client stakeholder expectations via weekly meetings and status updates.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in programming (Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark).
• Experience with ML tools and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Python libraries including numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensor-flow, scapy, scrapy, and BERT.
• Good understanding of statistics and statistical hypothesis testing design.
• Experience working with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
