Lead D&T Data Scientist

Overview

Lead D&T Data Scientist to shape AI and machine learning strategies, lead model development projects, and mentor data scientists for AI solution delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement AI and ML strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI solutions delivery with business stakeholders using ML/AI insights.
• Oversee end-to-end development of ML models from ideation to production deployment.
• Use Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI for building, deploying, and managing ML models.
• Ensure scalable deployments with ML engineering and systems engineering collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to data science team and educate stakeholders on AI practices.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of industry experience and 8+ years in providing data science solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology.
• Proven skills in leading implementations of AI solutions.
• Expertise in supervised ML algorithms, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Python, Spark, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with ML Ops, containerization, data lineage, and visualization.
• Agile development methodology experience including sprints, point estimation, and daily stand-ups.
