Sr Data Scientist

Overview

Sr Data Scientist (applied AI) for Global Supply Chain, building and deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions for clinical and commercial supply chain processes.

What you'll do

• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and translate business and scientific concepts into production-ready code.
• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI models (including LLMs and foundation models) for supply chain decision-making and automation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Global Supply Chain applications, APIs, workflows, assistants, copilots, and automation platforms.
• Own AI, data science, and decision-support solutions end to end, from problem framing through validation, deployment, and stabilization.
• Create documentation describing design choices, data flows, AI workflows, assumptions, and limitations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend options based on business value and technical fit.

What you'll need

• Experience developing and applying AI/ML, Generative AI, analytics, automation, BI, and data visualization to supply chain use cases.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI and LLM-based applications including chatbots and copilots.
• Experience with AI orchestration/application frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of AI agent architectures, orchestration patterns, Responsible AI, model validation, and enterprise AI governance.
• Strong development skills using Python, AI/ML and data science libraries, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Prior exposure to pharma, life sciences, or regulated AI environments is preferred.
