Senior Data Scientist - Hyderabad

Overview

Build machine learning solutions for the Data and Analytics organization, including scalable model training and inference pipelines. Lead data science and model development practices across teams and projects.

What you'll do

• Build machine learning training and inference pipelines at scale.
• Develop machine learning and data science capabilities, including language and computer vision models.
• Lead data science and model development techniques for the team.
• Define machine learning best practices and technical standards.
• Improve the team’s ability to build machine learning models using industry tools and practices.
• Deliver projects across cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience building data science or statistical models.
• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, economics, industrial engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of modern machine learning approaches.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Spark.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Understanding of operating end-to-end machine learning workflows at scale.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
