Overview

Senior Lead in Market & Product Strategy to identify market and product opportunities and drive data-backed product strategy.

What you'll do

• Conduct market and competitor research and analyze customer needs.
• Formulate data-driven strategies to enhance product revenue and market share.
• Lead selected projects/workstreams for overall product strategy.
• Prioritize and structure complex issues to support product priorities and commercial outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement finalized strategies.
• Own the strategy initiative lifecycle from concept to execution and outcome assessment.
• Measure strategy success against predefined metrics focused on dollar benefits.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience in product management, Growth and/or product strategy.
• Superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate a long-term vision to company and clients.
• Stay current on competitive and market trends to inform product strategy.
• Natural collaboration and excellent communication skills with executive presence.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to influence across organizational levels in a global matrix.

• Remote position; candidate must be based in Mumbai.
• Reports to Senior Manager, Product Strategy.
• Works closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales heads.
