Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Build and operate production-ready AI solutions for financial services, including LLM agents, evaluation frameworks, backend services, and cloud-native AI platforms.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and optimize production-ready LLM agents.
• Develop evaluation pipelines measuring accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and hallucination rates.
• Integrate AI workflows with vector databases, microservices, MCP, external platforms, and APIs.
• Fine-tune domain-specific LLMs using SFT, LoRA/PEFT, and preference optimization.
• Productionize AI services with security guardrails, observability, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor production metrics, data drift, feedback loops, and model performance.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale AI prototypes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional software, ML, or AI engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, advanced degree with 3+ years, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and data integrations with backend languages.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG, agentic workflows, reasoning, and model/tool integration.
• Experience operating production AI/ML systems, including evaluation, monitoring, safety, retuning, and observability.
• Fluent written and oral English communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
