Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for owning critical machine learning subsystems in production and delivering reliable ML systems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product.

What you'll do

• Build core machine learning systems for a proactive AI product.
• Own data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration end to end.
• Turn research ideas into reliable production systems.
• Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
• Monitor outcomes, refine systems, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentor and review the work of other machine learning engineers.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping machine learning systems used by real users.
• Understanding of how modern machine learning models behave in production.
• Strong production-quality coding and systems thinking.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
