Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Own critical machine learning subsystems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product. Build and operate reliable ML systems in production while solving ambiguous problems independently.

What you'll do

• Build core ML systems for a proactive AI product.
• Own data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration end to end.
• Translate research ideas into reliable production systems.
• Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
• Improve systems by shipping, measuring outcomes, and iterating.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentor and review the work of other ML engineers.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• Understanding of how modern ML models behave in production.
• Strong production-quality coding and systems thinking.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
